You are not fully satisfied ?

Our constant willing is to be attentive to our clients. If you are not entirely happy because of our services, please let us know about it. We created a special claim process management to do so:

  • You can contact directly the advisor you are used to talk with. He will be attentive to find a solution to your problem.
  • You can also directly send us your claim:

We will do our best to give you a response as soon as possible.

If we cannot give you an answer within 5 days, we will send back an acknowledgement of receipt – by mail or email – explaining who is in charge of your case and how you can contact him.

In this situation, we commit ourselves to give you an answer within 2 months maximum. However, if we face a complex case and we do not comply with this agreed period, we will keep you informed about its management progression.
